Patient/family care is based on one premise. That premise is that
quality patient care is not a privilege but a right In today’s
health care environment it is sometimes difficult to determine
what those rights are, and how to obtain them.

patient care is simple and straight forward. Patient centered
care is essential to quality of care and quality of life... When
decisions are based on what is best for the patient, then the
bottom line called “quality” is easily met.
